S3 Mirror

Optional SQLite mirror: on startup the app can pull the DB from S3, and after a safe interval it uploads a gzip-compressed SQLite backup snapshot back to S3. Uploads are hash-checked, so unchanged content is skipped, each upload is stored as a versioned .db.gz object, and old backups are pruned so only the latest configured set remains. Default interval is 15 minutes unless you override it in S3_SYNC_INTERVAL_MS.
